Christian is the best dealer manager in the world! Michael, director of finance always tries to help you, and Sergio, sales advisor helps you as well. Just bought a new Nissan Versa and the experience was almost flawless.

For me the most important thing is honouring an online price quote with full transparency and no unpleasant surprises. It sounds straightforward but so many dealerships these days don't even give an all-in price quote and answer with a straight yes or no whether the specific vehicle is in stock and on the property or not.

Thiago was direct and honest with me about the vehicle being in stock and available and confirming the exact price that included all mandatory fees. He then made the transaction quick and easy, respecting my time and not trying to upsell me on things I don't need.

Zachary helped out by taking me for a test drive, explaining all the features while Thiago worked on paperwork. It was a team atmosphere and I didn't sense any kind of competition between the salesmen. They all seemed to enjoy their jobs.

The odometer was listed at 75km but it actually had only 7km on it, which means it hadn't even been test driven by any other customers. It was as brand new as a vehicle can be.

The only inconvenience was having to wait about 45 minutes for the finance manager, but that was partly because I had made a late change to the appointment time, so I take responsibility for that.

The dealership was very busy both times I was there. To me that shows they turn over a high volume, which usually means they have good prices. On my vehicle I compared prices with two other Nissan dealerships for the same vehicle and Direct Nissan was the best.

If you want a good price with a no nonsense experience, I wouldn't hesitate to go to this place and while I'm sure other salesmen are good too, you won't go wrong with either Zachary or Thiago.

The vehicle required some minor work, which was done to perfection. For example there were a some chips on the vehicle and they were fixed expertly. There were no hidden charges.
