Quick and easy to set up a test drive. Very knowledgeable staff (have sadly been to other non-Nissan dealerships where my husband knew more than the sales people- not good). Would recommend buying a car here. Husband and I are looking to buy the Midnight edition of the 2018 Murano. We worked with Jason Okolisan - very knowledgeable about all Nissan Cars, drives a Murano himself and is very professional... I went to change oil and filter and i have been advised to change the fob battay. Few hours after i left the place, the message on my dashboard appeared that key is not detected. I went back to the dealership 3 weeks later to them to check what is wrong. The parts manager checked my fob battary and said it is not the battary we replaced and he was so rude telling me that i am doing that to take another battary for free. So greedy and if it is truly not original battary then God knows if they ever change my oil and filter or just charged me and never did. Will never go back to that place.

Never go there. The first thing in the business is trust of the client. But very unprofessional and rude behavior. I went for tire change and engine oil and ended up for services which i was not even being told. And when i acquired about them, no explanation, simple blaming tactics. I paid and left. I feel like mostly reviews are fake. The way they treat clients.

Exceptional experience with Direct Nissan. Specifically, the service advisor Rayanne. I brought my Honda Civic for service and she helped me a lot with all the services and finished my car fast. She took care of my car and gave me lots of updates. I was very happy with the service and I strongly recommend to book your services with Rayanne.

I love choosing Direct Nissan as my go to spot to get my car serviced! Everyone is professional, kind, and attentive to my needs as a customer.Whenever I come in for service, the procedures are explained to me and if anything else comes up during the appointment, they’re always quick to notify me about these changes. Thanks, Direct Nissan! I have been a Nissan customer in Mexico and Canada since 1997. The Mississauga dealership has the best customer service in the GTA. Different services performed at the same time incl. a recall, following the excellent advice and assistance provided by Jennifer and Kim. The service and care was beyond expectations with Robert driving me home and back to the dealership with an amazing chat. My Rogue now with 80,000 kms is running perfectly well. Super friendly staff! Great experience - people first, customer focus, exceptional service. Thanks again, Robert, you really made the difference!

I've been storing my own tires ever since I got my car and everything was fine. I store my tires with them and then the car is rattling when I drive. I don't know what the hell they did man. They charge me for rebalancing but nothing happened. They barely answer the phone anymore. Mind you, I bought my car from them. I guess the nice treatment expired along with the warranty lol.

While shopping for a car recently we visited the various dealerships @Battleford - all the dealerships were indifferent & apathetic, except Direct Nissan. We were looked after by Diana Christie who is a very rare breed of car sales person, nay professional. She is so pleasant and comforting in her pitch - and oh so helpful. I would recommend anyone visiting Nissan Direct to take Diana's help - you will be very happy!

Wow tried to purchase a car for my company today and they don’t even accept an EFT……….. I offered all info they needed including my driving licence but you stated that you only accept credit card or bankers draft and this is your reply , hilarious . Cash buyer but I guess you’d rather sell to joe public than a company. Woodstock rock if you need a Nissan deal done in minutes

The dealership is great! Aarman was amazing in explaining the details of the new car! Always ready to answer my questions and return calls promptly. Highly recommend him. KIm is wonderful person to deal with. Any question I have, she answers clearly and follows with an action. She is understanding, able to listen, and always finds a solution. It is absolutely delightful to communicate with her.

This review is coming after 3 months(June 2022) of purchasing a brand new Sentra SR 2022. Within 2 weeks, I notified the dealership that there is a vibration noise coming from under the steering rack(near the knee airbag area). Their response was 'the test drive Sentra is also making the noise'...Either the dealership service is very incompetent or Nissan quality has gone down the drain(again lol).Since June 2022 I have been to the dealership SIX TIMES with the same issue + another rattling noise coming from the driver's door area. Here is how the responses have been so far:- We test drove another Sentra it has the same vibration noise.- We have put some foam under the airbag panel, let me know it helps.- Noise still till persisting I had to reach out to Nissan Canada and only then Direct Nissan started taking the issue seriously- The dealership asked me to bring the car in on 19 Sep so they can diagnose the noise and fix it(hopefully they do this time)- When I went in on the 19th, the head of service very conveniently took an off(he fixed the appointment) and nobody else knew about the issue or the communication I have been having with the Head of Service and Nissan Canada.- They conveniently told me please take your car back there is no noise that we can hear(SERIOUSLY!!!)By this time I understood the service department is either very incompetent or Direct Nissan have put customer satisfaction as a last priority on their list.Finally I gave my car to them on Tuesday and asked for a rental for which they told me to connect with Nissan Canada on my own. Other 'competent and responsible' dealerships arrange rentals for their customers in such situation. When I contacted Nissan Canada, they told me I do not qualify for a rental as my car's issue is 'not a safety concern' (WOOW!!)So now I am without my car, without a rental, and also no word from dealership on how long is it going to take to fix the car(i.e. if they are able to fix it)Simple advice to future buyers: AVOID NISSAN AND DIRECT NISSAN ALTOGETHER.Advice to unfortunate customers of Direct Nissan: Be patient as we can literally not do a thing.

Recently I had bought Nissan Sentra 2022 CVT from Nissan Direct. This is My first car purchase in canada and i was so excited about it. Diana from sales team had assisted me all the way from starting to end of the car delivery. she was so patient and cool, had clarified all my questions and provided great extent of her service out of office hours as well. I think all most, i met all the sales representatives and management team there in short span of time. everyone are so polite, positive, supportive and customer caring.There were some technical issues on financial agreement. Patrycja and Cylde (who is the Manager) patiently listened my problem and with me for resolved the issue permanently where i am so impressed. I am so happy with their service. they are best people for customer and give full pledge services to all customers. Team work never fails. they had proven that when issue comes. This is the perfect place to go if you are in search of a new or used vehicle. The management was amazing they have treated us like family. Diana from Direct Nissan was so incredible to me throughout the process of buying my new car. She was not only knowledgeable but kind and friendly during all my visits, phone calls, messages, emails, etc. As you can tell she was there for me anytime I had a question or wanted more information about something. She didn't work 9-5 and at 5:01 completely ignore her customers because she truly cares about making every person who walks into her office happy, satisfied, but more importantly excited about their new purchase. When she called me to tell me she had received my car earlier than expected, her pure, genuine joy and excitement for me completely changed my entire day and my worries took a backseat. I think at one point on the phone with her I was jumping up and down that the car came so quickly and that I was finally going to reach a big goal of mine. After losing my first car in an accident, it remained a dream for years that I would own a car again. She was so patient and accommodating, explaining everything from start to finish, which helped ease my anxieties and build the necessary confidence needed to make a big decision like this. I went to several other Nissan dealerships way closer to me looking to purchase the same car (super awesome Nissan KICKS of course :)), but didn't have the right amount of confidence and trust in the salespeople I met at each location for various reasons, honesty being a big one, but also customer connection, which I geel is extremely important. It just didn't feel right and I was starting to doubt that I should be purchasing a car at all, which is not at all how you should feel when you walk out of a dealership, purchase or not. If I didn't decide to call one last Nissan, even though it wasn't exactly the closest, I would not be the proud owner of a KICKS and I wouldn't have met Diana. I would most likely be sitting in a Honda right now because that's where I was heading if I decided not to call Direct Nissan. Diana is an incredible leader, educator, saleswoman, employee, and overall incredible person. I knew from our first meeting that I was buying my car from her and know to this day I made the right decision. She was honest and aware of the impacts our economy is having on the automotive industry, but unlike others I met with, she didn't use it as an excuse, rather it gave her the drive to keep searching and looking for a solution that would be the right fit for us. I am so lucky she was able to find the car I wanted, but I know if I was unable to get a KICKS, she would have found a good fit for me regardless. am very grateful I decided to call one last Nissan before walking away, otherwise, I wouldn't have found the wonderful salesperson/friend that helped me realize my dreams and change my life.
