Service centre is a mess. Had an appointment for 2:30pm and was told it would take about 1-1.5 hours. Left for half an hour and came back to sit in the waiting area for 2 hours with no communication or updates. Decided to go home and wait for them to call when it was ready. I left my name and number. Even if I didn’t leave my number, they had another number on file they could have contacted. Still no communication at 6pm which is apparently the time service closes. We go over and see the car ready in the parking lot. Wondered why no one called. We were told the paper work wasn’t finished which is why we didn’t get a call which makes no sense. So if we didn’t go get the car ourselves they would have just left it there overnight without calling us? They should have called us to say the car was ready but the paperwork wasn’t. Don’t just leave us in the dark wondering what’s going on with our car and decide not to contact us before closing time. That’s illogical and unprofessional.

Don't believe them they are trying to stole money from the customer.The system always shutdown.They are playing big game with the clientsI will never comeback.My advice to the owner to keep watching what is going on in your service department. Really disappointed with my service experience at this dealership. I dropped my car for routine oil change and tire swap at 1320 and the car wasn’t done until 1700. When I inquired about what’s taking so long I was informed they were super busy with so many tires swaps as it is the season. What’s the point of making an appointment if it can take over three hours to complete the service, and I had to change my evening appointments/plans as a result of this delay.

Make sure they give you your lug nut key when you purchase your vehicle, if you don't get it that day you'll apparently never get it and have to scramble to somehow get your tires off so you're not driving in snowstorms with summer tires on and your new born in the back seat. Aarman was no help with this issue. In fact no one was. Once they make a sale you're just a number and they don't care about correcting their mistakes. Don't recommend!!

The service staff are LAZY. This morning I busted my tail to make my 8am appointment on time. Stood at the desk for 8 minutes before some guy who was hiding in his office finally came out. He mumbled something about “having to take a picture of my car” (for an oil change??). When he came back I told him he needed to move faster - it was already 15 minutes to drop off my car and some people want to get to work. He told me to take my business somewhere else. I surely did! Entitled, lazy, couldn’t care less!!

Long time Direct Nissan customer for sales and service. Had a brief departure to Ford but eager to get out of my Edge lease ahead of schedule, Sales Manager Clyde Monisse made it work to buy out my Ford lease and get me into a new Qashqai with a lower payment and much better fuel efficiency. Clyde made the process smooth and transparent while welcoming me as a repeat customer. I am thrilled with my Qashqai and happy to be back in the Direct Nissan family.

Terrible dealer. They never answer the phone calls. I lost a lot of time waiting for the shuttle to pick me up because they never answer my calls. I don’t recommend. (The shuttle driver is very nice and responsible, at least. )

Recently I had bought Nissan Sentra 2022 CVT from Nissan Direct. This is My first car purchase in canada and i was so excited about it. Diana from sales team had assisted me all the way from starting to end of the car delivery. she was so patient and cool, had clarified all my questions and provided great extent of her service out of office hours as well. I think all most, i met all the sales representatives and management team there in short span of time. everyone are so polite, positive, supportive and customer caring.There were some technical issues on financial agreement. Patrycja and Cylde (who is the Manager) patiently listened my problem and with me for resolved the issue permanently where i am so impressed. I am so happy with their service. they are best people for customer and give full pledge services to all customers. Team work never fails. they had proven that when issue comes. Thanks team. happy to do shopping with you again.

I purchased my Nissan Ariya 2023 from Nissan Direct. The name of the sales person is Bashir.Usually, sales personnel do not support/help their customers in after the sales (services related) matters. In fact, it is out of their job responsibilities.Yesterday he assisted me in a service related mater which was not part of his job. Although i was little upset but he dealt with me with a very polite and humble manner. I got impressed. Finally, the matter got resolved due to his personal involvement.I would recommend the Nissan Direct to take special care of such dedicated, humble and smart sales person who helps their customers out of the way and creat a good experience for their clients.

Got offered a used car with minor body damage, when asked if they could fix it before selling it, they refused like it was a huge deal.Very low bar for quality and standards. We went to another Nissan dealer and got a similar car easy!BTW Diana was always very respectful and professional, can’t say the same about Clyde the sales manager

I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews but I am at point this dealership didn’t leave me any other choice. Bought brand new 2023 Pathfinder for this dealer, All buyers please be very CAREFUL with their transparency issues and lack of honesty.1- I have paid 999+tax for my full SUV tints and later found out they have only tint the front 2 windows and deliver the SUV hoping the customer wouldn’t found out since the windows had factory tint shade, and still charged me $999+ tax. And only Tinted 2 front windows.2- They charged me $1799+tax for running boards, and were installed after market boards which cost less than $200, revived a quotation for original Nissan ruining boards which is costing $1460 including part and labour, but this dealer has charged me almost $2000 for after market product.3- they charged me $1799 + tax to install 3MM after 2 weeks it’s started peeling off, after telling them it’s been more than 2 months and still not taken care of, requested to get a refund so I could get it done by myself, but forced to get done by them and they refused to give me a refund.4- 2023 Pathfinder was purchased branch new, after driving 200km the passenger and driver seat started wrinkled up and sinking, not padded well, brought this to their attention but they trying to give me reasons and try sending me to a third party and make me run around.I want to share all that so people are aware and I will take this and escalate to Nissan Canada, Nissan Corporation as well as OMVIC. This is very deceiving and unethical.After discussing this issue with them, they are giving me the story that you have signed and had so many i initials on the contract to accept it, I am profession and hoping to get honest transaction but not knowing they are ripping me off. I will take every possible step to take it further.Initially I had given them good review but not knowing what they have done with me and during transaction they are all after you, once it’s sold you have to be after them to resolve the issue.

Was looking for some car options, stumbled upon Direct Nissan. I was assigned to Diana, she was really helpful, kind and honest about things. She explained alot of things that i did not understand as a first time buyer of car and immigrant of Canada. She spent good amount of time as well which no other car dealer did i contacted did. I really appreciated her no-pressure approach and felt like she had my best interests in mind.I would highly recommend this dealership and Diana to anyone looking for a new car! 😊

Moe really helped us with assisting us in finding a used car that meets our expectations and price budget like the car comes fully loaded, top trim level with low mileage and very good safety features like the cameras and blindspot detection, as I am a young beginner driver. He also listened to our concerns, and showed us all the packages and technology like gps navigation that was included in the car along with extra and existing warranty. Although there was a delay for a negotiated cosmetic appearance damage repair. There was miscommunication of what time the car was going to be finished as no one was on the same page in terms of coordinating the remaining things promised to fix. Several emails, and phone call correspondence and still on the pickup date some things were not sorted out 100%. We were not in a rush to pick up the vehicle immediately - It was the fact that my dad had to apply for a day off from his job in order to sign off on the closing deal documents so we of course wanted the car that day as that work absence would have been wasted because they were urging us to pick it up early or as soon as possible. Even after multiple confirmations for the appointment, the final product or sale of the vehicle was compromised. This was outside our control, as the replacement parts ordered took time to install. However we appreciate that it was resolved within a day by the evening and ready for pickup, as well as a 100$ gas gift card was offered by Aarman to compensate for the time and waiting period. I have studied international business and marketing in University so I would advise next time it would be better if management and everyone was aware and alert of what happens both on the bargaining side of the table and the final wrap up as it leaves no room for error, misunderstanding or confusion as what was promised needs to be delivered and not forgotten about. I would like to point out that the front desk reception was also helpful and offered us drinks and made us feel welcome as customers, it definitely took away some stress and we appreciate their kind gestures and greeting us. Finally, I would like to say despite the mix up the sales team is very responsive at handling difficult situations, and tried their best to meet our demands, and we are satisfied and enjoy driving the Nissan Rogue as a reliable family car.

I read a lot of good reviews about this place and thought of visiting them to enquire for a new Nissan Rogue 2023 and potentially book one for myself. So I visited on 8th April 2023 and was greeted by Sales person Mr Mohammed (Middle office on the ground floor) with whom i had discussed my requirements over the phone. In his office we went through the same discussion and to my surprise he was not ready to provide any vehicle details or trim details before running a credit check for me. I was SHOCKED. I asked him to at least give information between trims and if we can test drive vehicle but he was only ready to proceed with credit check. I informed him that other dealers (of other brands & Nissan) were quite happy to provide a quote/allow test drive but he said somehow this is their Dealership policy to run the credit first. I do not know how true it is but if that's the case, I do not think i'll be doing businesses with him/Dealership for wasting my Valubale time.

I Love this Nissan.In short: great friendly service at fair and reasonable rates.Details:From the moment I make an appointment, to the moment I walk in, to when I get shuttled home and back, the entire experience is exceptional! 👍🏽😊The people here are memorable. Im welcomed with a warm smile from Kim and at once feel like family. I’ve only been here 3 times and each time has been an excellent experience. Kim assures me that I will get great service. She is honest and credible and communicates possible needs and educates with services to look out for. When complimenting her with such great service, she humbly includes the team she works with. She loves working here and it shows.Bob, whom I consider “therapy on wheels”, is always so friendly and personable. It’s always a great shuttle ride 😊These are important attributes when leaving your vehicle for service and trusting someone to take you home safely without feeling uncomfortable about the ride home and back.The price is actually less then some of the other shops I’ve been to.It’s weird that I enjoy bringing my vehicles here but that’s how great they are. I’ve never had a better experience. Current review:Still good 4 years later.... went for a safety inspection. Great service. Brandon at the front desk in Service Department was great - professional, helpful, good customer service. Offered free shuttle service. Bobby on shuttle service was excellent! Very personable, kind, caring, clearly loves what he does. Overall had a great experience. Would recommend buying a car here. Husband and I are looking to buy the Midnight edition of the 2018 Murano. We worked with Jason Okolisan - very knowledgeable about all Nissan Cars, drives a Murano himself and is very professional...
