I purchased a used car from this dealership less than two months ago, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the experience. Within this short time, the car has required $1,000 in repairs. I've reached out to the dealership about this issue, hoping for some support or assistance, but all they offered me was a discount on a warranty. This is unacceptable, especially considering my past experiences with other dealerships.In previous purchases elsewhere, dealerships have promptly addressed issues such as scratches and mechanical problems at no cost to me. I expected the same level of service here, especially since the initial purchase experience was pleasant. Unfortunately, this dealership has failed to meet my expectations in terms of customer service and post-purchase support. I won't be returning here and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

I am compelled to share my profound disappointment with the experience at this dealership. My friend recently purchased a car here, and initially, everything appeared to be handled professionally. I was present at the time of purchase and witnessed their front-facing professionalism firsthand. However, after nearly 40 days, the vehicle required $1,000 in repairs due to pre-existing wear and tear for a 2018 model. The dealership had assured us that everything was in working order at the time of purchase, failing to disclose these potential maintenance needs.When my friend reached out to the dealership seeking assistance given the recent purchase, they offered minimal support, if any. This lack of accountability and failure to stand behind their product felt like a betrayal of trust and basic customer service standards. I observed their professionalism firsthand deteriorate to mediocre service secondhand after he had contacted them for follow-up support.Despite initially considering a purchase myself due to the dealership’s apparent quality, this experience has severely undermined their credibility. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership based on how my friend was treated post-sale.Moving forward, I will be seeking alternatives for my own needs and strongly advising others to approach with caution. The initial professionalism displayed did not align with the lack of support and integrity demonstrated after the sale.

After visiting 4 different nissan dealership , we decided to purchase our car from Direct nissan and we couldn't be happier. Price was the lowest, no upsell, timely delivery, thorough explanation of the process and a buying experience free of typical negotiations are the highlights of our experience. Christian is a Rockstar and very intelligent, he was able to foresee our questions and and patiently answers all of them. Arman is the most soft spoken person at a senior leadership position.Thank u Cristian , Arman and Team Direct Nissan.

I purchased my Nissan Rogue from Direct Nissan few weeks ago. Cristhian at Direct Nissan helped me with the purchase of my first car in Canada. He is very talkative and knowledgeable salesperson and I enjoyed dealing with him. He gave me a good deal on my car. He was quick to reply to my questions and helped me with all the necessary documents of the car I asked from him. I would recommend connecting with Cristhian for any car enquiry at Direct Nissan. I am sure he would give you a great deal just like the one he gave me on my Nissan Rogue.

What a great customer service we received from Mr Bashir, very nice and polite person. there is a mistake on website which was causing confusion but this person was so hamble and tried to explain everything and finially we came to to know that website was making all confusion. highly recommend this person and we ended up to buy Nissan Rogue SV Midnight edition (Nissan please fix on website that its not totally a different model, its SV upgrade version) thanks to Mr Bashir again and highly recommend this person...

This is a good dealership. They used to have better staff especially at the front desk. I have not gone through any problems with them except when I bought my car since their associate made me pay more money for stuff that were optional without telling me. They also have a nice shuttle service for people who are dropping off their vehicles for service.

I had a financial emergency and couldn't go through with the car deal or even afford car insurance, unfortunately and had to keep my trade in. I begged and pleaded for my $1000 deposit back all they could do was waste my time and keep trying to refinance me for $ 0 down. Absolutely pathetic and heartless 0 compassion. I even tried to reason and get my car serviced with them. Delership Giving me dirty looks not responding to my emails still ( MOHAMED ) WHAT A SHADY CHARACTER. Don't act like you're trying to resolve this now you had your chance. just terrible

It’s so unfortunate to be writing this review however, I must write this because of the service we received. After waiting for 5.5 hours for a winter tire change, not receiving any apology for the wait, and essentially being blamed for believing we’ll be done after 1 hour (which is what we were told)… You can imagine how frustrating this must be. Do not come here for their service, they will not treat you nicely 🙁

Amazing service!!! I went in to get my car serviced and they had great customer service and provided so much help. Thank you Michelle for taking care of me and my car. She’s so sweet and her smile brightens up anyones day. She’s very attentive and made sure I got all the answers to my questions. A major plus, was that my car smelt soo clean when i got it back:)

Direct Nissan is definitely my go to, I've been one of Michelle's customers for years, where she goes I go. She offers best service always knows what’s best for me and my car. The staff there is great, the environment is great. Overall experience was extremely amazing. Larry the parts manager was easy to work with aswelll. Great staff overall

Service centre is a mess. Had an appointment for 2:30pm and was told it would take about 1-1.5 hours. Left for half an hour and came back to sit in the waiting area for 2 hours with no communication or updates. Decided to go home and wait for them to call when it was ready. I left my name and number. Even if I didn’t leave my number, they had another number on file they could have contacted. Still no communication at 6pm which is apparently the time service closes. We go over and see the car ready in the parking lot. Wondered why no one called. We were told the paper work wasn’t finished which is why we didn’t get a call which makes no sense. So if we didn’t go get the car ourselves they would have just left it there overnight without calling us? They should have called us to say the car was ready but the paperwork wasn’t. Don’t just leave us in the dark wondering what’s going on with our car and decide not to contact us before closing time. That’s illogical and unprofessional.

Really disappointed with my service experience at this dealership. I dropped my car for routine oil change and tire swap at 1320 and the car wasn’t done until 1700. When I inquired about what’s taking so long I was informed they were super busy with so many tires swaps as it is the season. What’s the point of making an appointment if it can take over three hours to complete the service, and I had to change my evening appointments/plans as a result of this delay.

Make sure they give you your lug nut key when you purchase your vehicle, if you don't get it that day you'll apparently never get it and have to scramble to somehow get your tires off so you're not driving in snowstorms with summer tires on and your new born in the back seat. Aarman was no help with this issue. In fact no one was. Once they make a sale you're just a number and they don't care about correcting their mistakes. Don't recommend!!

The service staff are LAZY. This morning I busted my tail to make my 8am appointment on time. Stood at the desk for 8 minutes before some guy who was hiding in his office finally came out. He mumbled something about “having to take a picture of my car” (for an oil change??). When he came back I told him he needed to move faster - it was already 15 minutes to drop off my car and some people want to get to work. He told me to take my business somewhere else. I surely did! Entitled, lazy, couldn’t care less!!

Long time Direct Nissan customer for sales and service. Had a brief departure to Ford but eager to get out of my Edge lease ahead of schedule, Sales Manager Clyde Monisse made it work to buy out my Ford lease and get me into a new Qashqai with a lower payment and much better fuel efficiency. Clyde made the process smooth and transparent while welcoming me as a repeat customer. I am thrilled with my Qashqai and happy to be back in the Direct Nissan family.

Terrible dealer. They never answer the phone calls. I lost a lot of time waiting for the shuttle to pick me up because they never answer my calls. I don’t recommend. (The shuttle driver is very nice and responsible, at least. )

Recently I had bought Nissan Sentra 2022 CVT from Nissan Direct. This is My first car purchase in canada and i was so excited about it. Diana from sales team had assisted me all the way from starting to end of the car delivery. she was so patient and cool, had clarified all my questions and provided great extent of her service out of office hours as well. I think all most, i met all the sales representatives and management team there in short span of time. everyone are so polite, positive, supportive and customer caring.There were some technical issues on financial agreement. Patrycja and Cylde (who is the Manager) patiently listened my problem and with me for resolved the issue permanently where i am so impressed. I am so happy with their service. they are best people for customer and give full pledge services to all customers. Team work never fails. they had proven that when issue comes. Thanks team. happy to do shopping with you again.
