My experience with Nissan Direct was excellent, specifically Christian! From my first online query, he knew exactly how to manage me, give me the right answers, and treated my like a partner of the dealership until I was comfortable and confident to make the right choice. I love my new Rogue SV Premium! As with any big purchase, make sure you negotiate hard and stick your ground.

Yesterday I visited Direct Nissan dealer. Christian was the salesman and I was very pleased with the customer service I received.Truly a really “wow” service!He was patient with my questions about the options available; he understood that I was still making comparisons with other brands; he knew I wasn’t certain of the decision of purchasing a new car. Although I decided to delay the purchase for a bit, his ability to make me feel comfortable in the process created a trusting connection and I definitely would reach Christian again when I am ready.And another thing: I left my credit card in the dealer and Christian was kind enough to return to me at my address! Honestly, superb care with a client!Well done!

Had an appointment for 11am for an oil change on my Nissan Titan XD. Drop off the truck at 10:30am and had a courtesy driver dropping me off home. Had a lift back at the dealership at 12:30. The front desk quoted me 1.5h to do the oil change and do an overall checking. When I arrived they said it will take another 1h to finish the work because they needed to order the oil for my Nissan. It’s currently 2pm wasted a day for an oil change. Had to cancel 2 appointment in afternoon and the oil has not come yet. I cannot take the truck since they drained all the oil already.Poor management and inconsiderate of customers time.

Working with Alex has been an absolute pleasure probably one of the best sales people I have dealt with. We bought a 2021 Nissan Kick from him and the whole processes was seamless and Alex always was honest and straight with us. I will most likely reach out to him first when I am looking for a new car. This is the second time I bought a car from this dealer. Christian, who helped us with our first car five years ago, was the sales rep of our choice once again. Very impressed with the guys here at Direct Nissan. Buying a car can be stressful do to pushy salesmen. That was definitely not the case with Aarman as he ensured that I was happy, instead of just trying to rush a sale. I recommend asking for Aarman as he made my car buying experience a great one! I was shopping for a new car quotes online when I was contacted by an agent named Christian to come and visit the showroom to discuss numbers for a deal. I was very hard pressed on time so I told him that it needs to be very quick. So I arrive there with my baby just about 10 mins late for the appointment and was not even impressed by the welcome I received by the receptionist. Upon asking for Christian I was told that he is busy with another customer and will join me asap. In the meanwhile I was asked to fill-up Covid consent form and wait for him in the Service Waiting Lobby. While still waiting for him I received an email from him that he has rescheduled my appointment for another day even without my consent. I kept calling him but no answer. This made me furious and I left from there as I was running late. After 15 mins I receive a call from him asking where was I. I told him I left as he had no time for me and that he rescheduled my appointment without my acknowledgment. He said that it was a mistake and apologized to me sounding as if he is doing a favor on me. I told him that the time that was scheduled for me was not supposed to be given to someone else or at least be courteous enough to acknowledge me that he will be with me shortly.Such a horrible experience.I will never RECOMMEND this location to anyone.😒🤬👿

I had a VW and a Chevy in the past. During the warranty period, they both treated me really well.I went to the service centre at VW and Chevrolet while the cars still were covered by warranty and they did not waste my time, or charge me just to inspect my vehicle. In all cases, they repaired whatever was wrong and I was on my way.VW and Chevy never charged me to simply look at the car.With Nissan.... Totally terrible experience. I purchased the Rouge new in 2017, and at about 40,000km, there was a lot of shaking that felt like its coming from the back end of the car as I reached highway speeds.I could tell it was quiet different from how the car felt before. I brought it in, they charged me just to look at the car. And if the problem is covered by warranty, they would remove the charge.And as you might expect, the problem *never* had to do with anything under warranty. And then they quote you obnoxious amounts to repair whatever they said is wrong.I went through this with 3 different issues with my rouge. All of which they insisted was not the car's fault or under warranty.The simple truth is. I should not be experincing trouble with a car 40,000 km into driving it. I should not be charged for an inspection. For an instance, I bring the car in while under warranty. The inspection has to be free. Then if the issue is not covered by warranty, I'll take a quote for fixing it.Nissan makes a legitimate scam out of getting people who have a warranty to bring the car in and pay just for an inspection. Then tells them its not covered under warranty. If shaking from the back of the vehicle is not covered at 40,000 km. I dont know what is. Nothing will be, its always going to be the clients problem, but they make their free money.Huyndai, Chevrolet and VW do not charge just to look at the car for you. Just consider that. Your car's warranty with Nissan is fake. They will never fix anything for you, and they will charge you just to tell you that.The dealership at 401 Dixie Nissan is worse than the one at Direct Nissan.

Readers beware!Edit: Lol, just because I have reviews from around North America they question my legitimacy? I use this platform to share my grievances and to alert fellow consumers.
