Just because your don't want to buy "peace of mind " extras.They are approving me for 11% Interest.If they have too many sales per day. They should have more people.I bought 3 cars till now, no other dealers did this. Direct nissan is not so transparent with your financing. Before this every financing agent showed me their screen, which bank is financing on what rate, everything was in front of me. Direct nissan people never showed me anything.Its all about satisfying their greed.After 3 weeks, I took my booking back.

Just leased a 2024 Rogue SV in super black.Dealt with Jeremiah and Christian.Both are really professional and knowledgeable about the car and its offerings!We are returning customers of Christian who is also the finance manager now, he never disappoints, knows his stuff and is very pleasant to deal with!Direct Nissan is a fantastic dealership,I highly recommend anyone on a market for a Nissan should look no further than this place.We are super pleased with their service!

This review is actually a 0 star rating. DON'T TAKE YOU CAR HERE! I took my Rogue to Direct Nissan (where I had bought the car) because my dash had a number of warning lights (distance sensor and brake fluid reservoir). They stated that my brake fluid was leaking onto the harness, that the Distance sensor needed to be replaced and the brake fluid reservoir needed to be replaced. Total cost was to be $5,375. I left (after paying the $157.07 for the analysis) and took my car to an independent garage that I use regularly. They fixed all my problems for $274! A year from now we will be deciding on a new vehicle. It will not be a Nissan.

Pathetic Customer Service. Their behavior totally changes after you buy a vehicle. Before buying they behave nicely. After that everything changes. These people commit different but never provide you customer satisfaction. Pathetic people. Great dealership. The salesmen I dealt with, Chris and Jeremiah, were helpful, friendly, courteous, any not at all pushy. Moe in the finance department was also great. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Leased a car from this dealer 5 years ago, without dealing with sales associate.Came back this year at the end of the lease and was disappointed. Went to check out the Rogue with Diana who was professional and polite. While looking at the numbers, kept asking if that price included tax and that it was a monthly payment. Diana mentioned potentially further discount if we were to return with an additional customer.Returned two weekends after with an additional customer and ready to make two deals. Spoke to Christian this time. Christian gave us completely different prices from Diana. Christian also lied about the price offered for the returning vehicle. When asked about the price given two weeks prior, Christian rudely said "we don't discount cars here". Upon further conversation, Christian advised that the price given to us two weeks prior didn't include taxes (even though we kept asking to confirm). Did not feel good about the customer service from Christian and were disappointed about wasting our time coming back here.Went to Honda (next door), Hyundai and Toyota who gave us more for the returning vehicle and better prices.

I’m from Guelph, and my local Nissan dealerships seemed to have a hard time finding what I was looking for. So we made the drive to Mississauga, and it was well worth it. I had a great experience buying my Nissan Kicks. Mo was exceptional in sales, ask for him if you want a hassle free, straight forward deal. Then Cristhian facilitated the sale with pure professionalism.Will be returning here for our next cat. .

Save your time, money, energy and don't buy a Nissan. Its best you go somewhere else. This isn't the first time signs of negligence came to light with this dealership. The downhill journey started after I took my car in for service to this location was a few months ago and asked them to check the steering rack as it was making noises and had already been warrantied the year prior, the techs dismissed anything being wrong with the car and noted that everything is normal. The moment I got in the car, the noises were all there. I'd like to mention that I am mechanically inclined and had a feeling that there is something wrong with the car. I took my car to a shop near by & paid out of pocket to inspect my vehicle and no surprise to what they found. A noisy, defective steering rack which is meant to be covered by warranty. The first time my steering rack acted up, it took nissan techs took weeks to figure out whats wrong in the past & this time they couldn't even explain to me why the steering rack continues to act up. The shop I took it to uncovered the issue in less than an hour.The second incident was the most recent, I bought brand new tires from them, they installed them and they took them off however, they didn't inspect the tires as they failed to note a bulge in the tire until it was time for another seasonal swap but thats not the issue. The self-righteous "service advisor" that called me proceeded to open the call with "I have some very bad news for you" and thats when I started to get concerned and proceeded to ask for clarification, the moment I questioned what he said he proceeded to raise his voice and told me "Sir, You need to calm down", I was calm until he said that. He also suggested I take car to Green Active Ross or Canadian Tire for warranty because Nissan does not deal with warranties. I found that confusing, so I called multiple locations and no surprise here once again, they said "we have no idea what he is talking about, we do not warranty tires sold by other businesses". Spoke to the manager and his response was "I will talk to him" then proceeded to offer me a backhanded discount on new tires to rectify the situation. Additionally, the manufacturer confirmed that a bulge in a tire occurs due to impact, poor installation, of manufacturer defects. The tires didn't see much use as I travel for work and spend most of my time in a rental while my vehicle remains parked most days. Of course there is nothing that suggests impact on my low profile tires and rims, usually there are obvious signs of impact.This isn't about the tire nor the customer being right, its about the customer experience, negligence, standard of service, TRUST, and of course, safety.My lease is up soon, I am now looking at terminating my lease agreement with Nissan as I have no faith in their quality of service and customer service. We have three vehicles up for replacement and there is no way I am putting anyone in my family through the struggle of dealing with this kind of service and quality.Ps. I had another incident where Nissan tried to give me the run around and avoid fixing damages caused by their negligence.To the owner, your service advisor Brandon is by the most professional, competent, and helpful member of your team, I suggest he trains the guys I spoke with.

I purchased a used car from this dealership less than two months ago, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the experience. Within this short time, the car has required $1,000 in repairs. I've reached out to the dealership about this issue, hoping for some support or assistance, but all they offered me was a discount on a warranty. This is unacceptable, especially considering my past experiences with other dealerships.In previous purchases elsewhere, dealerships have promptly addressed issues such as scratches and mechanical problems at no cost to me. I expected the same level of service here, especially since the initial purchase experience was pleasant. Unfortunately, this dealership has failed to meet my expectations in terms of customer service and post-purchase support. I won't be returning here and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

After visiting 4 different nissan dealership , we decided to purchase our car from Direct nissan and we couldn't be happier. Price was the lowest, no upsell, timely delivery, thorough explanation of the process and a buying experience free of typical negotiations are the highlights of our experience. Christian is a Rockstar and very intelligent, he was able to foresee our questions and and patiently answers all of them. I purchased my Nissan Rogue from Direct Nissan few weeks ago. Cristhian at Direct Nissan helped me with the purchase of my first car in Canada. He is very talkative and knowledgeable salesperson and I enjoyed dealing with him. He gave me a good deal on my car. What a great customer service we received from Mr Bashir, very nice and polite person. there is a mistake on website which was causing confusion but this person was so hamble and tried to explain everything and finially we came to to know that website was making all confusion. highly recommend this person and we ended up to buy Nissan Rogue SV Midnight edition (Nissan please fix on website that its not totally a different model, its SV upgrade version) thanks to Mr Bashir again and highly recommend this person...

This is a good dealership. They used to have better staff especially at the front desk. I have not gone through any problems with them except when I bought my car since their associate made me pay more money for stuff that were optional without telling me. They also have a nice shuttle service for people who are dropping off their vehicles for service.

I had a financial emergency and couldn't go through with the car deal or even afford car insurance, unfortunately and had to keep my trade in. I begged and pleaded for my $1000 deposit back all they could do was waste my time and keep trying to refinance me for $ 0 down. Absolutely pathetic and heartless 0 compassion. I even tried to reason and get my car serviced with them. Delership Giving me dirty looks not responding to my emails still ( MOHAMED ) WHAT A SHADY CHARACTER. Don't act like you're trying to resolve this now you had your chance. just terrible

Service centre is a mess. Had an appointment for 2:30pm and was told it would take about 1-1.5 hours. Left for half an hour and came back to sit in the waiting area for 2 hours with no communication or updates. Decided to go home and wait for them to call when it was ready. I left my name and number. Even if I didn’t leave my number, they had another number on file they could have contacted. Still no communication at 6pm which is apparently the time service closes. We go over and see the car ready in the parking lot. Wondered why no one called. We were told the paper work wasn’t finished which is why we didn’t get a call which makes no sense. So if we didn’t go get the car ourselves they would have just left it there overnight without calling us? They should have called us to say the car was ready but the paperwork wasn’t. Don’t just leave us in the dark wondering what’s going on with our car and decide not to contact us before closing time. That’s illogical and unprofessional.
