Excellent service, i recomend

I went to the Nissan Battleford Dealership in Mississauga back in June of 2024. I had the pleasure of doing business with sales associate Jeremiah , who offered me an amazing car -Nissan Kicks with a trade in of my Nissan Altima 2014. I love my car and its safety features. I will be going back in the next few years for another trade in for my dream car of a Nissan Infinity. If you need a sales associate who will direct you in the right directions of options , Jeremiah is that person !

I have had a relationship with Direct Nissan for eight years. I purchased 2018 Nissan Micra from Direct Nissan. In 2022, I returned in with a friend, who purchased a Rogue. Recently, I returned to Direct Nissan with my partner, who walked away with a 2025 Nissan Kicks.On each visit, my experience with Direct Nissan has been positive.My sales consultant, Cristhian, was professional, transparent and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand our needs, made suggestions and did not try to upsell with unwanted bells and whistles. The after-sales service was excellent. We were patiently shown (in some detail) how to use the features included in the car. Cristhian even asked for feedback on how we felt we were treated – this shows a high level of dedication to customer satisfaction.Clyde, general sales manager, who I met in 2018, has always been pleasant. He treated us like “humans” rather than a customer – a nice change from alternative dealerships. It is obvious that he is dedicated to customer satisfaction and wanted to work towards a fair agreement.And finally, Carolina, financial sales manager, who got the paperwork in order for us, ended the experience quickly and positively.The whole process, from the first phone call inquiry, question and answer exchange, visit and test drive, payment and vehicle pickup, was smooth and stress-free.I’ve visited Nissan dealerships and several of their competitors in the GTA. This particular dealership is one that I have patronized and will continue to do so for the future.I can walk into Direct Nissan, confident that the staff will treat me well. I recommend Direct Nissan for anyone out there hoping to purchase a vehicle. Cris is the best dealer I have ever met, professional, efficient and considerate. We bought a second-hand Nissan versa note with a fair price and also the Nissan extended warranty which turned out to be a wise choice after I did some research online. Generally, we had a very good purchasing experience.

Despite what felt like the coldest day of the year, Jade was very personable and knowledgeable and took the time to address all of our questions. Nice and very welcoming staff. They offered competitive prices and did not charge labor for a couple of jobs that were done on my car.

Was able to get my oil & filter change on my Nissan b4 2025. Só thanks for accommodating me. Only thing I like to say is when I dropped the car they offered me a complementary wash vacuum & another thing, after going forth with the vacuum it was not done & b4 driving it off the lot I found a razor blade on the passenger seat of the car which didn’t belong to the driver & wasn’t there prior to me dropping it off
