Update on my older review:I purchased my 2021 Nissan Rogue here at Direct Nissan last march 2021 and Dean, my dealer at the time, specifically told me that he is including 6 oil changes every 8,000km or 6months for a total of 48,000km or 3 years what ever comes 1st. One year and 2 oil changes later they are now telling me that the package that was given to me was 6 services of 3 oil change and 3 tire rotation. Also, they’re insisting that my car should be only doing oil change every 16,000km totally different from the initial deal that was promised.Long story short, this place will tell you one thing and give you something differentOn a very fine print. Learn from my experience and go somewhere else. AVOID this dealership.

After going through a bad experience at another Nissan dealership in Mississauga, I contacted Direct Nissan after finding on their website a similar car which I was looking for. I was referred to Cris who received me and guided me through the purchase. The Finance Manager Aarman helped conclude the sale and I was very glad to have my car within a week. The customer service was pleasant. But it took over 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation even though i had an appointment which i waited almost 2-weeks for. Also, Front tire pressure was off on the by 2PSI once tire to the other, it did not match the rear tire also, it was returned back the same way. No service performed. the option i was given once i got home was to bring the car back. I would be nice to for you to check something as simple as tire pressure the first time around. I wonder if anything important was missed. I have a Toyota also, Nissan experience is disappointing compared to the other dealership. I really wanted to give a good review as the staff has always been very pleasant to deal with.

I just purchased a Mazda3 2014. The car is wonderful, drives smooth and no problems at all. Look for Moe if you want an amazing service. He literally made everything so simple for my girlfriend and I. No hidden fees. He is very honest and friendly! I had a great experience at this dealership! Highly recommended!!

Purchased a new 2022 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and picked up last week. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. While I was waiting others that worked there asked if I needed assistance. That's how any customer should be greeted. I was to meet with Sarah but she was delivering a car and I was helped by another sales rep Zain. He was very helpful and answered all my questions that I had. He was very pleasant throughout the whole sales process. Even when picking up the car he took the time to go through features with me and not once did I feel like he was in a rush. He ensured I was comfortable the whole time. Also dealt with the finance manager Aarman and he was also pleasant to deal with. Was very clear and concise and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. My overall experience was great and glad I chose Direct Nissan dealership to purchase my car. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a Nissan! Dealership is nice and clean as well.

I bought a 2019 Nissan Sentra SV in the summer of 2020, and it has taken all this time for me to honestly be able to say that I'm now satisfied with the outcome. I had several issues with the process initially, and I was incredibly upset, felt that no one cared to hear me, let alone help me.Many changes have taken place since then, and with the help of the Direct Nissan team, I am now HAPPY! I love my car; love the Service Team, and know that Kim McDonald is exceptional...every time. I had the worst experience ever in my life with this dealership. I just purchased a brand new car and the agent (( Alex aljarihi)) ripped me off by charging me extra money for things that I didn’t receive also changed his treatment to me from an agent to a violent person as soon I signed the deal. After the sale he rejected all my calls,messages and emails.Don’t recommend it at all.

My recent experience at Direct Nissan was excellent. Service Advisor Kim is knowledgeable, personable and extremely caring. Shuttle Service Driver Bobby is one of a kind. I was having a very bad mental day and he took the time to listen, offer sound advice and make me feel better. You dont expect all of this when servicing your Nissan! Thank you for the great experience and keep up the fantastic work. These people deserve a raise in my opinion. It will keep me coming back.

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, very rude and impolite staff. Also they are not transparent in their dealings. Theysales agent there was not only rude but not coming across as being transparent in his dealing. First he said the car i wanted is available (4-5 units) , when he gauged i was a serious buyer, he said there were only two cars available a black and a white. I had told him i am not keen on a white one, so i was left with only one option and the agent kept insisting i have to take accessories worth 3000 dollars which he would discount and do me huge favour if i want the car. The worst part was when he said if i want the car i should give him my credit card before he offers me a deal. Seemed more like rip off at gun point instead of a car deal. Pls work with them at your own risk.

This review gets 5 stars because of a conversation I had with Clyde on February 3rd that lasted just under an hour to which I was able to convey my concerns about my experience with a gentleman who really is very passionate about selling cars and does care immensely about existing and future customers without objectifying them.We were unable to complete a deal because there are NO Pathfinders to be had any time soon and that's not his fault.Nissan is almost 900 units behind in Pathfinder orders that they have STOPPED accepting new orders until they get caught up which may be by the end of the year.If you can wait for a new Pathfinder until 2023, go see Clyde and the team at Direct because if Clyde doesn't sell you your car, he'll put you with someone who mirrors his quality as a person and character as a car salesman.Buying a car isn't only about price, it's about dealing with a person who values mutual respect in doing business as much as he wants you to buy a car from his team.
