I went to this place to shop Nissan Rogue. I don't remember the person I spoke but he was very rude, very unprofessional, he couldn't even understand what I was asking and he wasn't willing to offer the quote. He sits in the last cabin. Then I drove to Dixie road dealership, they did an amazing job, there I met with Shoaib and I think I will make a decision soon. Stay away from THAT PERSON in this branch. Happy shopping.

Purchased a car recently from Direct Nissan and the experience with Mohammed Sharafeldin (Sales Manager) at Direct Nissan couldn't have gone any better, as he went above and beyond what I had asked for. Along with Aarman Pervaiz (Financial Services Manager), they took the time to professionally guide me through the whole process, answering all my questions, explaining car features, services done etc. making me very comfortable and happy with my purchase. Will certainly refer people here!

If you are thinking of buying a Nissan then this is the dealership for you! The staff is friendly and courteous which made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. The salesperson, Alex, was genuinely thoughtful in catering to what I needed. He presented options which made my purchase experience pleasant and agreeable. The truck was immaculately cleaned when I picked it up. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family!

The worst dealer ship, warning do not store your tires with them,My sister store her summer tires with them, now she needs her tires back as she selling the car, they give her nothing but complete disrespect and non sense, all excuses and from NOV 22 till now she been back and forth trying to get an answer. all they say is they cant promise her nothing.service manger is extremely rude and disrespectful.

I had a great experience with Kim MacDonald at Nissan Direct today. After getting my winter tires put on at a local mechanic, a few warning lights started going off in my car. I called Nissan to get an appointment when the mechanic who put on my winter tires couldn’t fix it, and although Nissan was fully booked for the next two weeks, Kim managed to find time for them to look at my car the same day I called. They also checked other non-related concerns I had with my car and took time to answer all the questions I asked.By far the best customer service I’ve ever had! Will definitely be doing all future services with them.

Purchased my 2021 Nissan Rogue recently from Direct Nissan. the experience couldn't have gone any better.Chris (Sales) and Aarman (Finance services manager) helped me at every step along the way by answering any questions I had and guiding me through the paperwork and steps needed. This dealership has really gone down on their service to customers with the new management and new computer system. They make us wait with false commitment and then blame the computer system for their inefficiency on managing their floor. Although I have been coming here for 5 years but never been more disappointed. I was told service would take 1 hr 30 minutes. After 40 minutes the car was not taken from it’s parking spot. Excuse given - we told you technicians need to be here. So I waited and after 1 hr 30 minutes still the car was parked and not taken for service. Now when I talk to the manager the only excuse he has is computer system gave different direction to technician ???? How come he does not know the very first service booked that day has not been taken in??? Surprising and pathetic….all this while I only see 3 cars booked. So they cannot even handle that now? This is NISSAN dealership

Avoid this place for your oil change! They will ruin your car just to make you to buy their services !! The maintenance was done without my presence! They said that my tire pressure was 11psi which contradicted to the Nissan connect report. Nonsense! It actually means flat tire and I did not arrive with “three flat tires” ! My car is 2019 after leaving the services my car got squishy noise! My car barely reached 20k km in mileage! It’s was purchased new and Direct Nissan suggested to change air filters, break fluid, and other parts!! That’s nonsense! Also they found 3 nails in 3 of my tires! Another nonsense! My car was in excellent condition and any small irregularities are being notified to me from Nissan connect ! I will escalate it They also accessed my Nissan connect from my car and deleted the report history. I called Nissan connect and had to investigate this as well. Another scam was that the tire psi when leaving direct Nissan was reported 35 on each but my screen showed 57 RT and three other tires were on 30s so I drove to Mr Lube, the guy left the air and set to 36 psi all four tires. I’m not sure if I can attach photos in this review It will be escalated and investigated They are a total SCAM!Update: October 7, 2021. Prior to filing vandalism report I took my car to two different mechanics. They both denied the statement of having a nail in my both front tires. Since then (it has been over 6 months) im driving my car with my old tires and it's perfectly running. Direct Nissan was trying to rip me off with their false report. Don't do business with them!

Yesterday I visited Direct Nissan dealer. Christian was the salesman and I was very pleased with the customer service I received.Truly a really “wow” service!He was patient with my questions about the options available; he understood that I was still making comparisons with other brands; he knew I wasn’t certain of the decision of purchasing a new car. Although I decided to delay the purchase for a bit, his ability to make me feel comfortable in the process created a trusting connection and I definitely would reach Christian again when I am ready.And another thing: I left my credit card in the dealer and Christian was kind enough to return to me at my address! Honestly, superb care with a client!Well done!
